THE NEW MIND WAR

.

The Royal Standard

.

We can say that strategy in this particular part of the Mind War remit requires qualities of; shrewdness, brinkmanship, boundless creative talent, understanding the nature of simple to complex messages and their intentional nuance. Likewise, how to identify what undermines our opponents, confuses and often hurts them – this, bound in a commitment and allegiance to what constitutes our own welfare.

The strategic objective is :

Domination over our opponents such that collectively, we, as soldiers of the Queen, do, to the fullest extent, become their ambition, their reason for life.

THE NEW MIND WAR

.

It is important to reiterate precisely what our objective is:

For this Unit to broadcast what constitutes a very calculated operation, so to communicate selected information and indicators to foreign audiences and as a result significantly influence their emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and ultimately; the behavior of foreign governments, organizations, groups, and individuals.

The purpose of the psyop operation is to induce or reinforce foreign attitudes and behavior favorable to our objectives.

Psyop is a vital part of the broad range of UK political, military, economic, and ideological activities. Psyop is used by the U.K. government to secure national objectives. Psyop is the dissemination of truthful information to foreign audiences in support of U.K. policy.

Used during peacetime, during contingencies and phases of declared war, these activities are not a form of force, but employ non-violent means. Persuading, you could say, rather than compelling physically, these activities rely on logic, fear, desire or upon other psychological factors to promote specific emotions, attitudes and/or behaviors.

The ultimate objective of U.K. military psyop is to convince enemy, neutral, and friendly nations and forces to engage in thought and action favorable to the United Kingdom.

Psyop supports UK national security objectives at the tactical, operational and also at strategic level of operations.

Strategic psyop advances both our broad and long-term objectives.

Very essentially global in nature, this, our objective, is directed toward large audiences or at key communicators.

(C-III) Just to recap for a moment and with one particular point regarding the facts of UK life that you Olga, did  mention. First, I’d like to say I agree that the meaning or the collective meaning of life is the foundation. You state this and in very commendably ways, I should also say, via exploration into your own personal experience and significance as it unravels, your foibles too. With the latter I’m referring to the parts of your diary. Second and asymmetrically speaking, that it is pertinent to highlight the fact that where someone is, who they are and what they do here in the UK, will paint a very useful story and a different one than yours. For example; that of a politician and the egalitarianism enjoyed here as a consequence of the political system in operation. With regard to business; the encouragement and funding support offered to encourage change and innovate, and be a part in the unprecedented economic growth taking place. These are different in character than is yours Olga, but the part of the rich picture to which they contribute is invaluable. Indeed, yours could be the preferred one, the most unique and the most revealing, factors which are very seductive, very powerful. These qualities are what the project is intending.

My England

(C-I)

“There is a mid-summer’s day to be and a little wind for the time of year’s forecast. I enjoy walking to a place on the moors where tall beach trees grow, to where there is always a damp aroma made by a stream. This provokes me to feel so much. It provokes me to open my mind to infinite possibility. This, in the midst of beauty’s forever making smile. I enjoy the roads too, especially while walking home. There is music in the fragrance that swells with the mossy dew. There is harmony in the swaying branches of the trees. There are songs of words in the leaves and the claws of birds holding tightly. The sun-warmed space is a theater within the gargantuan. My feet are upon the connected web. One being am I, standing among the most precious and the most enduring. This, my English theater stage, in everlasting night.”

A Response from C-I on Perceptions of Neo-Colonialism

.

THE NEW MIND WAR

.

Asymmetric warfare involves competition, within which there are two or more parties who differ in their disposition. During an ensuing multifaceted struggle, these parties interact, and upon the identification of characteristic susceptibilities of the other, attempt to influence them. This often involves employing strategies and tactics deemed unconventional. Whatever is said or shown to us, for whatever attitudinal outcome envisaged, it has to achieve enormity and which is inconceivable.

(C-III) Olga. What are your thoughts on the accusations of our being Colonial in our attitude and actions? That we are appealing to our past imperialistic ambitions?

(C-I) What do I think? You say accusations, but the only perception of The Queen Victoria Regina is the embodiment of our very essence, and this, in undying glory. It is our duty here, to show them.

(C-III) And we shouldn’t be paying them reparations?

(C-I) For goodness sake, to who and for what? We gave them everything.

(C-III) The accusations are that we took from the world and still are.

(C-I) Please, that is just so utterly untrue and not to forget contemptible. If we hadn’t shown them how to live they still wouldn’t know how. It’s as simple as that. Nor have we gone away, which the most important consideration, the stage that carries our glory is colored differently. And I have a retort, which is;

Victoria Regina Imperatrix

In addition, the Crystal Palace Exhibition (link ‘the past in the present‘ below). If you consider what the exhibition did achieve, I mean in the light of Victoria’s aegis, it dictated to the world and in no uncertain terms exactly what we had done, what we were doing and what lay ahead in the global future that we had shaped. And you witness this very same power in the present time. Just take a glance at the Trafford Center (below). Do you not see and feel the same powerful meaning, the fantastic aura which attires it? Further, that all British citizens and visitors fortunate, can bask in this.

(C-III) I would say that covers it.

(C-I) In addition the above file; ‘Crystal Palace Exhibition 1851’ is intended to display what the Exhibition meant and succeeds in doing. Certain photographs are from 1851 and after being rebuilt in 1852–54 at Sydenham Hill. The Exhibition was destroyed in 1936. We put these in the file because these are the ones we like and suit the purpose, as said.

THE END OF GENERAL GORDON

…… the crowd was led by four of the fiercest of the Mahdi’s followers—tall and swarthy Dervishes, splendid in their many-coloured jibbehs, their great swords drawn from their scabbards of brass and velvet, their spears flourishing above their heads. Gordon met them at the top of the staircase. For a moment, there was a deathly pause, while he stood in silence, surveying his antagonists. Then it is said that Taha Shahin, the Dongolawi, cried in a loud voice, “Mala’ oun el yom yomek!” (O cursèd one, your time is come), and plunged his spear into the Englishman’s body. His only reply was a gesture of contempt. Another spear transfixed him; he fell, and the swords of the three other Dervishes instantly hacked him to death. Thus, if we are to believe the official chroniclers, in the dignity of unresisting disdain, General Gordon met his end. But it is only fitting that the last moments of one whose whole life was passed in contradiction should be involved in mystery and doubt.

> Other witnesses told a very different story. The man whom they saw die was not a saint but a warrior. With intrepidity, with skill, with desperation, he flew at his enemies. When his pistol was exhausted, he fought on with his sword; he forced his way almost to the bottom of the staircase; and, among a heap of corpses only succumbed at length to the sheer weight of the multitudes against him.

Warren Hastings

“There, as threescore and ten years later he told the tale, rose in his mind a scheme which, through all the turns of his eventful career, was never abandoned. He would recover the estate which had belonged to his fathers. He would be Hastings of Daylesford. This purpose, formed in infancy and poverty, grew stronger as his intellect expanded and as his fortune rose. He pursued his plan with that calm but indomitable force of will which was the most striking peculiarity of his character. When, under a tropical sun, he ruled fifty millions of Asiatics, his hopes, amidst all the cares of war, finance, and legislation, still pointed to Daylesford. And when his long public life, so singularly endowed with glory and obloquy, had at length closed for ever, it was to Daylesford that he retired to die.”

(C-III) Some might wonder what the relationship of commerce is to the intelligence cycle?

(C-I) Commerce – bi lateral trade is everything, it sustains all development and encourages multifaceted cooperation.

Well, apart from that, another way of looking at it is that trade can be viewed as a threat too, I refer to what is capable of threatening the attitude of another party such that the other party becomes affected in ways we desire – this is warfare of an asymmetrical nature. We are subject to it too, obviously.

Asymmetric warfare involves competition, within which there are two or more parties who differ in their disposition. During an ensuing multifaceted struggle, these parties interact, and upon the identification of characteristic susceptibilities of the other, attempt to influence them. So you think you have an airport? Might it really be just a fence around a field with tarmac for an out of date and useless plane? What about transport infrastructure – still in the imagination?

Not so here, we have the best of all

The UK has an airport in every single major city. Further, we were building railways one and a half centuries ago, not only here but in foreign lands too which means the rail network we enjoy – not just for freight but to carry passengers whether for commute or leisure connects literally everywhere across the land and goes beneath the English Channel to Europe

If you have no rail network you are not going anywhere at all

If you have a rail network like ours you are going everywhere

(C-I) Olga. I’m pleased you think my contribution is valuable. ****** deleted. Diversity and equality is how I would describe. All in it together, as equal parts. This works, and it’s a delight to even consider. There is no significance assumed by some and by implication, this significance denied others, not even in thought, let alone compulsion. All of this, amidst a continuously innovative  force. Colorful too. Rule Britannia.

(C-V). I would describe the UK that way as well, not because we’re making something appear what it is not, but because it’s very obviously the case. You can’t see or experience it any other way.

(C-I) Olga. We are bound by political correctness, we can’t say how what exists here is not the case in certain other countries, even though they put out a face suggesting otherwise. I can’t say what I really think about what it’s really like in the *********** where stagnation is running amok, not only in the lot of the people, but in their thoughts. Let me throw in this point; just because we choose not to engage in certain research and development, such as in space exploration, or anything at all, it’s not that we can’t. We have to reinvest revenue in where our citizens all accrue some reward. We don’t do what we like and then tell our citizens to suck it, who are already sucking it. And then get them to engage in some idea that space exploration for example, elevates the nation’s status because it does not. It elevates those who are engaged in it.

(C-III) Quite. I suggest we don’t go off on tangential issues.

(C-I) Olga. It’s not a tangential issue, it’s about the propaganda that is used and it has the effect of unsettling our composure, our pride, or trying to do that and it succeeds with some, many. I think it’s important we make a sufficiently strong case so to render all propaganda impotent, not just ‘theirs’ and meaning whoever.

(C-III) That’s not our objective. That’s not the focus of our effort.

(C-I) Olga. The sanctity of life in its myriad facets is our focus, and in this focus the UK is central, the rest peripheral, and I want to say why we are to put the record straight.

(C-III) If we make our case, mirror the case as it is, doing so will achieve the objective you suggest. We don’t have to talk about *********. We have to make a distinction between the nature of threat, ******* are NOT threatening us, whereas extremists most certainly are, and . . . .

(C-I) Olga. Well, I shall mention what is the case in the UK and not say that they aren’t there, how’s that?

(C-III) I don’t think you should, I think you should keep those thoughts aside.

(C-I) You brought up the subject of egalitarianism. Well, we don’t purposely keep most of our population poor so they remain powerless and go telling them they aren’t. We don’t allow the arming of citizens on the absurd pretext that it’s necessary. We don’t allow right wing groups to spout hatred to all and sundry. We don’t elevate fantasy religious rubbish to the status of social correctness. We don’t execute people because the sick who do are exactly the same as the perpetrators they subject to retribution. ************************************************* *deleted from record

(C-III) Have you finished?

(C-I) Olga. It’s just that we don’t blow our own bugle anything like the extent we ought. There is nowhere like the UK. The UK is the best this world has ever seen and likely to see.

(C-III) What is it that is firing you today? By the way that’s not an accurate assessment of *******, nor is it fair.

(C-V) I don’t think it’s accurate either.

(C-I) Olga. So if I had an accident they wouldn’t go rifling through my knickers trying to find a hidden credit card to pay for treatment? Of course they would.

(C-III) Quite.

(C-I) Olga. Honesty is the virtue all British carry, whether there are those who realize it or they don’t. Anyone who goes elsewhere very quickly discovers that this virtue is distorted in others and the process of trying to assimilate results in nothing but distress.

(C-III) What exactly is your point?

(C-I) Olga. My point is that propaganda is information intended to affect the thoughts of others. In our case it’s true; the portrait is a mirror image. A propaganda machine such as that coming from ****** is not of the same virtue.

(C-III) I don’t think that’s an accurate assessment and also it’s not helpful in the context of this effort. If we try denigrating certain other nations we run the risk of denigrating ourselves in the process.

(C-I) Olga. That’s just so typical.

(C-III) We can’t reassemble and redefine the strategic relationships we enjoy, not even theoretically and you should know that.

(C-I) Olga. ******************deleted. We should show portraits of General Gordon and Lord Kitchener alongside Freddie Mercury. We gave most of the world everything we had, we showed them all how to live and what did we get out of it? Everyone took from us, we showed them all how to live, and we still do.

(C-III) What really is your point?

(C-I) Would you kindly stop asking me that. Actually there’s no real requirement to explain anything at all, where we are at speaks for itself and it does so in absolutely devastating and fabulous ways. This is the best country to bring up kids too, because it just is – the richest and most varied experience of all. I mean you look at ”certain other nations” and I keep saying this, who are trying to make a case for what is not, not in any way at all, huh, which is just pitiful and painful for the senses (theirs) to endure. They don’t even have a transport system, they have **** ***. We are about exploring experiences that never end, not delusion and **** ****.

CASE STUDY

Brief : In the Provinces

.

SHEFFIELD. SOUTH YORKSHIRE

THE FUTURE STATE PROJECT

.

The latest (mid-2014 est.) population estimate for the City of Sheffield was 563,749 residents. This represents an increase of about 17,000 people, since the last census in 2001.

During the 21st. century the city has undergone a population growth way above that of the national average, and is projected to increase to over 600,000 by 2020.

Sheffield is about the size of a small city in the USA, but the differences are literally of cosmic proportion.

We make the latter comparison only because it is not possible to sugar coat stagnation and poverty.

The point being that Sheffield is the typical dream come true, because it is in the United Kingdom.

Typical, meaning; multi-billion pound investment, resulting in massive innovation across all sectors.

This is about life here and its rich, prosperous and multifaceted content.

The new Jessop Wing was opened in 2000 by the Lord Lieutenant of South Yorkshire.  This is an ultra modern replacement of the old Victorian Jessop Hospital for Women—in its time one of the first maternity hospitals in the country—and is now the city’s fertility, maternity and gynecological centre

Inspiring of our brightest and the best

The landmark glass-walled ‘re-configurable factory’

The decision was whether to site the re-configurable factory on the site of the Advanced Manufacturing Park, or at Sheffield Business Park, across the Parkway from the AMP.

Sheffield University also submitted a planning application to construct the 4,500 square metre factory on the former airport.

The development, dubbed Factory 2050, is the brainchild of Sheffield University’s Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre, and has been designed by Sheffield architects Bond Bryan.

Initial plans were for a circular factory which could also include a square extension on one side, big enough for advanced manufacturing researchers to work on the wings of some of the world’s largest passenger aircraft.

It will be equipped with a range of advanced technologies including advanced robotics, flexible automation, unmanned work spaces, 3D printing of components and new programming and training tools.

Factory 2050 has already secured £10 million backing from the Higher Education Funding Council for England a further £10m is expected from the European Regional Development Fund.

AMRC research director Professor Keith Ridgway said: “The Sheffield City Region has already established itself as a major force in the advanced manufacturing sector and Factory 2050 is a vital step in taking us to the next level.

“The AMRC has enjoyed phenomenal success since it opened in 2004 and there simply isn’t enough space left on the current site to support the scale of development which will be necessary to meet demand in the coming years.”

The seeds for the factory were sown by a study which the AMRC carried out with the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills as part of the Government’s Foresight Programme

The study found factories of the future will be more varied than today and include re-configurable units integrated with the changing requirements of supply chain partners.

Prof Keith Ridgway said the new re-configurable factory has been designed so individual machines can be rapidly installed, removed and relocated and production lines switched about.

The idea is a factory that is making aerospace components one day could be producing automotive parts on another day and mass produced ‘personalized’ components the week after that.

The Foresight study also highlighted problems recruiting manufacturing leaders of the future and the hope is the glass walled re-configurable factory will become a tourist attraction that will enthuse the brightest and the best to become engineers.

SHEFFIELD CHINA TOWN

Approved plans for a £65million ($85m US) Chinatown development in Sheffield

Jerry Cheung of New Era UK Ltd, the Sheffield company behind the plans, said the project would be funded entirely by Chinese investors.

The 86,100 sq ft (8,000 sq m) mixed use development will sit between St Mary’s Gate, Bramall Lane and Sheldon Street.

Mr Cheung, who has lived in Sheffield since 1975, said 400 new jobs could be created once it is complete.

Existing buildings will be demolished to create a plaza with an oriental cash and carry, food and drink outlets, student flats and office space.

Mr Cheung came to Sheffield as a mechanical engineering graduate for British Steel and was at one time chair of Sheffield Chinese Community.

He said it would hopefully be the Times Square of Sheffield and will attract Chinese enterprises to the city, rather than to Leeds or Manchester.

“The vision for Sheffield’s Chinatown began in 2005. The aim is to integrate the Chinese community rather than keeping the two separate,” Mr Cheung said.

He added that the look and feel would reflect “the new era and future” rather than a “tired and dated” historic Chinatown look familiar to other British cities.

Phase one will be built by the end of next year with the whole scheme completed by 2018, Mr Cheung said.

(C-III) Would you please expand on the issue. Thank you.

(C-I) We’re no different than we were during the era of Empire, just because time has moved on, just because things appear different, it’s that how we go about doing things is exactly the same. In the latter is a multifaceted mix of social, economic and military objectives, all of which support and reinforce the system such that the system embraces all our citizens, as I said. We’ve talked about virtues with regard to the social and economic systems, let’s talk about intelligence, I mean as much as we are allowed.

(C-III) So we’ve finished with economics?

(C-I) Olga. Yes, sorry. There are ways to counter the grooming of candidates for Jihad that is happening right now and I want to focus on these, ways I mean. Let me say that we have painted a fabulous and living portrait of the situation here, such that anyone considering losing it for somewhere that has nothing at all other than danger and likely death attached will think again, hopefully. If they do end up going to join terror groups, then every single living moment will consist of the stark realization that ‘one doesn’t know what one has until it’s gone.’

(C-III) What you have to think about is not necessarily the message but the means by which it will be conveyed. You mentioned films and we should discuss that particular medium further, in my opinion.

(C-I) Olga. It’s my opinion that it has to be a rich and living ‘thing’ for want for a better description. A film, you say, can’t be watched more than once, it becomes boring to the mind, that’s why I said complexity and drama is altogether better, you mentioned foibles, well we certainly have those. I do also realize we are living in an era seeped in the need for ‘instant gratification,’ but there are ways around that. Let’s discuss this while we’re in the North, tomorrow.

New ‘sat nav’ operating technique can double chance of survival from brain cancer

Sheffield Children’s Hospital

.

.

‘A new ‘sat nav’ operating technique for surgeons could double the chance of survival of brain cancer patients by removing tumours which were thought to be inoperable.

Sheffield Children’s Hospital has launched new surgical suite which includes an MRI scanner which can precisely monitor the brain during an operation.

It allows surgeons to work out whether they have managed to remove all of a brain tumour while still in theatre.’

”The MRI images mean that we can be sure the tumor has been completely removed and nothing has been left behind before we finish the operation.”

Dr Hesham Zaki, Sheffield Children’s Hospital.

They can also work out precisely where a tumor is, thereby ensuring surrounding healthy tissue is not damaged.

Around 10,000 people are diagnosed with brain cancer each year and half will die. If a tumour is completely removed the chance of survival is up to 80 per cent. But if cancerous cells are left behind that falls to just 40 per cent.

Surgeons have already used the suite to carry out operations on two children and they hope to soon offer adults the benefit.’

‘Hesham Zaki, head of the department of paediatric neurosurgery, said the equipment puts the Sheffield hospital at the forefront of increasing survival rates from brain tumours in the UK and worldwide.

He said, “The fact we can use the MRI scanner during the surgery is a real step-change. “Just like a sat nav, it tells me where I need to go.

“We scan the patient that we are operating on with their skull still open and the operation still ongoing.

“The MRI images mean that we can be sure the tumour has been completely removed and nothing has been left behind before we finish the operation.

“This is important because some types of brain tumour can look like normal brain. This is a sea-change. Tumours that were inoperable can now be operated on.”‘

(C-I) As a further thought on …..

HEALTH CARE

Health care in the United Kingdom is FREE. Yes. FREE. Each city in the UK has more state of the art hospitals than does any state in the U.S. We sustain the model for this necessity for life, here and all of the time. It amazes me how ‘certain other nations’ and they know well who they are, do not, cannot, will not ever be able to emulate the extent of the dignity we accord our citizens.

In the countries where health care is not free and there is the bragging about bases, boats and planes and whatever else – only serves to render the citizen into a non-person. A non-person being one who lives in cloud cuckoo land. Har. Har.

And. And…..

We are Victoria’s children. We walk among the foreign and exude betterment that projects via ageless, multifaceted and powerful ways – all of which are deeper than our appearance, and we cause those artless, the defective and different to know that they are nothing.

“We are the exemplar for all worlds, everything is fashioned from our example.”

To reiterate – leaflet drop

The comparisons that arrive here from over the water, from anywhere else really, but from one place specifically, reside within the realms of make-believe – theirs. We know well the undeniable truth of their states of affairs which do persist and will continue so to do. As stated, our objective, or should I say the objective here in this Section of our fabulous remit, is to say; do not bother trying to impress us with your sugar coated comparisons, we are not of equal parity.  The truth is for all to see, and for those fortunate to be British citizens, as are we, the soldiers of the Queen, to live and to enjoy to the fullest extent.
