Be alert to a scum website for ordering the murder of prominent politicians – Obviously, if websites of this nature are discovered they must be referred to the police in the first instance, and/or requisite Federal authorities, with regard to country of residence.
It turns out that the vast expanse of the Internet, in most part hidden away from prying eyes, there is a thriving resource called Assassination Market (Market killings), – users who collect money for assassinations of prominent politicians.
The site functions as a playground – every visitor can “donate” a sum of money to the murder of a man or woman. In the event that the murder is committed, the one who will fulfill the order, receives all the funds collected on the resource. Donations are using Bitcoins (anonymous e Cryptocurrency). To obtain access to Assassination Market can only be via the anonymous network Tor.
Assassination Market has been operating for more than four months. During this time the site has taken several “orders”. In particular, users of the resource began to collect money for the murder of the head of the US National Security Agency, Keith Alexander and US President, Barack Obama.
The largest amount collected was for another project – the murder of the head of the US Federal Reserve, Chairman Ben Bernanke, who is considered the main opponent of the spread of Bitcoin. For this purpose, users of the site have collected about 124 Bitcoins (which at the time of writing this is equal to the sum of 85,000 dollars, US).
Apparently the founder of Assassination Market, recently entered into correspondence with a reporter from Forbes, saying that the site will in the future gather sufficient users and help kill enough politicians to “make everyone afraid to hold any public office.” “As a result, the site will destroy all governments around the world. I believe that this will change the world and make it better,” – said the creator of Assassination Market, subscribing pseudonym Kuwabatake Sanjuro, on behalf of one of the samurai from the movie, “The Bodyguard”.

10/01/2015 Sheikh Harith al-Nadhari, the leader of Al-Qaeda’s affiliate in Yemen (AQAP), actually praised the Charlie Hebdo massacre in Paris, and in addition, threatened France with more bloodshed.
“Certain French were not polite with the prophets and that was the reason why a few of the believers, who loved Allah and his prophet and loved martyrdom, went to them to teach them how to behave and how to be polite with the prophets and to teach them that the freedom of expression has limits and boundaries,” al-Nadhari claimed in an audio recording released by Al Jazeera.
Remarkably, the AQAP cleric has not claimed responsibility for the attack. However, he “blessed” the raids and the “hero Mujahedeen” and labeled the French as being “heads of infidelity who insult the prophets.”

Syria. Regarding the execution of two officers of the FSB
The FSB refused to comment on reports regarding the execution of their agents by members of the Islamic State.

In turn, the Russian Embassy in Syria, said it had no information regarding the publication of ‘the video’.
Recall, earlier, certain media reported that a video appeared on the Internet, in which people who identified themselves as members of the Islamic State demonstrate the execution of two people, who presumably are officers of the FSB. The video shows the interrogation, during which the captured report that are members of the FSB, and are presented: a native of Kazakhstan Dzhambulat Mamaev (born in 1976) and Sergei Ashimov (born in 1984). After that, both in the video being shot in the head by a young boy.
Experts note that the nature of the record is very different from similar scenes previously recorded and shared on a certain network of the Islamic State.

The new wave of Islamist propaganda, represented in the 12/12/2014 issue of ‘Inspire’, declares a new strategy for al-Qaeda titled “Neurotemesis,” and states on p.64, that;
“We have placed a policy, renewing what has already been started. We call it ‘Neurotmesis; Cutting the Nerves and Isolating the Head from the Body.’ The nerves of the American war are its economy. We will decapitate America from the rest of the world. Thereupon, we will have reigned supreme in this war. So we have to be innovative and creative and come up with new ways of targeting the American economy, and master in choosing the most effective targets.”
Recall, during 12/12/2014, the Al-Malahem media wing of al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) released its 13th issue of the English-Language magazine; Inspire, dated ‘Winter 2014’.
Much of the content in the new online magazine is devoted to renewing “Jihad on America” and suggests targeting major American figures, Western Commercial airliners, and inspiring lone-wolf terrorist attacks in locations throughout the world.
The 112-page magazine was first posted on AQAP’s Twitter account on 24/12/14, and was provided in PDF, video, and image formats, as well as being uploaded on Youtube.
Al-Qaeda is increasingly seeking to expand its “media jihad,” and is using various formats of social and traditional media, such as the Inspire magazine, to act as the virtual connective tissue of the global Jihadist movement.
The terrorist organization uses the Internet to share information, coordinate attacks, spread propaganda, and recruit terrorist cells. Al-Qaeda media production groups release a constant stream of media-related products. These vary from video-series, magazines, terrorist ‘how-to’ encyclopedia’s, and even online terrorism courses.
Al-Qaeda’s three main media entities consist of al-Fajr, the Global Islamic Media Front, and as-Sahab and actively assist in the production and distribution of Jihadi media materials.

These Jihadist media groups are transitioning towards permanent and structured online presence. Al-Qaeda’s media entities are now undergoing ‘branding’ to help boost credibility and facilitate message control. The daily flow of Jihadist media which appears on the internet is now consistently and systematically branded to legitimize online communications from al-Qaeda central to its franchise cells.
These structured and branded al-Qaeda media entities are the ‘nexus’ that receive Jihadist media. The material is then spread through a shifting array of online forums.
The Jihadist media products issued by al-Qaeda plays an important role in reaching and influencing a mass audience. The propaganda can be a medium for recruitment, provide training and support, strengthen morale within the organization, and/or assist connecting the al-Qaeda core to its franchise cells.
There have been in excess of 130 attempted or successful Islamic terrorist attacks in Europe and the United States, according to the Counter Jihad Report, as a result of the sudden increase in online Islamist propaganda.

Reference to: Inspire Al-Qaeda magazine, ‘Cutting the Nerves and Isolating the Head’
The recent 12/12/2014 Inspire magazine provides a detailed manual on making hidden bombs that can bypass security measures, and a list of specific economic targets. Entitled “The Hidden Bomb”, the article is a central feature which contains explicit instructions for building a portable bomb inside a 17cm plastic water bottle case.
Al Qaeda has also announced new targets for the upcoming year in 2015, including the assassinations of various financial leaders such as Ben Bernanke, and Bill Gates.
It warns the financial leaders that they must remove their money from U.S. banks, stop investing in the United States, and declare that they disagree with American policies, in order to not be targeted.
Other targets suggested by Inspire include the World Trade Center, various banks, and Forex.
Recall that the increase in Al-Qaeda’s media products has mirrored a long-term growth of indigenous ‘home-grown’ terrorist cells or ‘lone wolf’ terrorism in the United States and the West.
A well-known magazine, “The Series for Preparation to Jihad” issued by the Global Islamic Media was found downloaded on a computer belonging to the Al-Qaeda Madrid cell.
This operational terrorist cell was responsible for the train bombings in Spain in 2004 that killed 191 people.
There are currently 20,000 fighters from more than 81 countries traveling to Syria. About 6,000 foreign fighters are from Western countries and including over 800 Russian citizens too who have traveled to Syria to fight.
And due to the relentless recruitment efforts of Jihadist groups online targeting European citizens specifically, this number will keep rising. Charlie Hedbo’s editor-in-chief Stephane “Charb” Charbonnier was already listed as a future assassination target in Al-Qaeda’s 2013 magazine Inspire. (above)

Experience (I): The Spread of Radicalization – The Urals
What Happens There, Happens Everywhere
Despite the remoteness of the Ural Federal District from the centers of the conflicts in the former Soviet Union, in the Muslim community UFD has recorded a gradual increase in radicalization. This is facilitated by the following factors;
The authority of the “official” Muslim structures in the eyes of the faithful, and, above all, young people, falls as a result of their organizational disunity and personal contradictions with clergy. In the regions of the Urals Federal District Mufti number varies from 2 to 6. The most intense competition from the end of the 1990s. exists between the Central Spiritual Board of Muslims (166 local organizations) and the Spiritual Board of Muslims of Asiatic Russia (46 local organizations). In some localities marked attempts to capture the power gated community of local Salafi Muslim congregations (Pokachi, Khanty). Hizb ut-Tahrir has its own cell in the north (in Nizhnevartovsk, Tobolsk, Tyumen) and in the south of the Urals Federal District (in Chelyabinsk, Magnitogorsk Satka). They are characterized by high cohesion and coordination of activities with the structures in other regions (particularly in Bashkiria).
The main work of HT members focused on the promotion of their ideas, but the searches they also confiscated weapons, psychotropic substances and diagrams of potential targets for attacks (the building of law enforcement, infrastructure). Recruitment of supporters (in addition to the same categories of persons as the Salafists) being among the Tatar and Bashkir shift workers, as well as students and young professionals who are dissatisfied with their social position. Recently, it became evident that Boko Haram have changed tactics, moving from sporadic terror actions towards standing their ground. Boko Haram has already occupied about 17,00 square miles and has maintained its control over ten local governments. As with the example of the insurgents of the Islamic State, Boko Haram terrorists march with tanks and heavy equipment, seized from Nigeria’s military, in an obvious demonstration of force.
“While much of the world has been focused on the rise of the Islamic State, another proto-Islamic state has been waging a campaign of terror while dreaming of a caliphate in Nigeria,” – New York Times, recently . Recall that Boko Haram killed about 2,000 people in the first months of 2015 and set to terrorize, capture, murder, rape, kidnap and pillage considerably more.

Though Boko Haram does not necessary receive direct orders from the Islamic State’s leadership, they are obviously copying their movements.
“Boko Haram has more recently begun to model its ideological and military doctrine after the Islamic State and, in turn, has started to receive recognition from the Islamic State.” – Jacob Zenn, an Africa specialist, the Jamestown Foundation.
05/01/14 Musa Alhaji Bukar, a senior government official in the Baga area, reported that the town of Baga (northeast Nigeria) has been burnt down. He also stated that the fleeing residents had been unable to bury the dead, and hundreds of corpses were littering the town’s streets.
According to the official, more than 2,000 people were killed and many more injured.
Concerning recruitment into Jihad
The two brothers, Cherif and Said Kouachi, who killed twelve people in an attack on Charlie Hedbo magazine on 07/01/14, were finally shot dead by police as they fled from a warehouse in the north of Paris on January 10.
The recent terrorist attack in France represents a deeper problem rising across both Western Europe and Russia, which is coping with the growing number of hidden Jihadist cells who see this attack as only the dawn of a new wave of international terrorism. Both Said and Cherif Kouachi each had their own relationships to various Jihadist groups.
The eldest brother, Said Kouachi trained with Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) in Yemen. Information from the French Intelligence agency shows that Said Kouachi had journeyed to Yemen as late as 2011 to train with the Al-Qaeda affiliate there.
The younger brother Cherif Kouachi, was a member of a enlistment ring in Paris known as “Nineteenth Arrondissement Iraqi Networks” that helped to funnel Muslims from France to wage Jihad in Iraq.
The Kouachi Brothers are just two of literally thousands of European fighters which have begun to join the ranks of radical Sunni Jihadist groups in Syria, and as terrorist cells begin to grow all over Europe; fears are justifiably running high that elite Jihadists trained in warfare abroad will begin to stage attacks at home.
Exactly how the airfare to Syria was funded, and importantly, how the brothers paid for the AK-47’s used in the attack (which cost $1,200 to $1,800 on France’s black market), here is information which can serve as a preview to the typical recruiting processes within Al-Qaeda and to serve in addition, to illustrate what we are facing;
Al-Qaeda’s Recruitment Process – Into Jihad
A Jihadist from Europe will require an average of $3,000 to $4,000 to reach Syria. His/her coordinator at his/her local Mosque can assist him through “Tajheez al-Ghazi System” to gather the necessary funds on his/her behalf.
H/shee will then be instructed to book a ticket either to Istanbul or Antalya, Turkey. These points of arrival are chosen because they are typical Turkish tourist destinations and hence, are quite easily covered up by secondary agendas.
In cases where a new Jihadist recruit has no-preexisting contact at his local Mosque which can facilitate his/her way to Syria, he/she can do online research regarding the nature of Jihadist groups and establish rapport online through Facebook, twitter, and/or Jihadist blogs.
Upon his/her arrival in Turkey, he/she will be instructed to attend a confidential mosque in the Zeytin Burno, in Istanbul, where he/she is to ask for certain individuals. Once he/she meets these people, he/she will only know under pseudonym, he/she will inform that the webmasters of Al-Qaeda recruitment pages instructed him/her to establish contact.
Before dispatch of the new recruit closer to the Turkish-Syrian border, that contact will question his/her declared seriousness of joining Jihad. In both cases, no matter if sent by a Webmaster online or through a contact within his/her community at home, their way from Turkey into Syria will be the same. They will then get in touch with the local coordinator there, who will then drive them closer to the Turkish-Syrian border before they cross into Syria by foot.
Once inside Syria, Idlib is the border town where most new recruits arrive. Idlib hosts several safe houses that belong to the various radical Jihadist groups. Once they have chosen a Jihadist group they will be questioned for an hour about their motivation to join.
Al-Qaeda’s Interview Process
The person in charge of the interview is called “the first line of defense.” It is within the interviewer’s discretion to determine the suitability of the new recruit and hence to ensure that no ‘infiltrators’ are taken abroad.
Among the questions every new recruit will be asked the following;

Reasons to join Jihad in Syria
Information about his Coordinator / Facilitator
Whether he already knows members of the group
Questions determining the level of knowledge of Islam
In case of joining Islamic State he/she will be asked to pledge allegiance to its leader, al-Baghdadi
If a candidate raises suspicions regarding his/her decision to join Jihad at first, he/she will be questioned on his/her willingness to make himself/herself available for a suicide mission. Likewise, anyone who is able to memorize and recite the Quran will pass the interview immediately
