The designs for more than three dozen major weapons systems used by the United States military have fallen into the hands of the Chinese, US Department of Defense. Including in its entirety, the US nuclear arsenal.

Blueprints for the Pentagon’s most advanced/state of the art weaponry, including the Black Hawk helicopter and the brand new Littoral Combat Ship used by the Navy, have all been compromised.

The Chinese now have the know-how to emulate all of the Pentagon’s most sophisticated programs.

“This is billions of dollars of combat advantage for China. They’ve just saved themselves 30 years of research and development.”

“In 2012, numerous computer systems around the world, including those owned by the US government, continued to be targeted for intrusions, some of which appear to be attributable directly to the Chinese government and military,” – Defense Department.

Computer systems at the Pentagon <<< both >>> Defense contractors who build weapons programs (Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon and Northrop Grumman).

Patriot missile system found a new home.

The Chinese have long been accused of waging cyber attacks on practically all US entities – corporations and governmental departments. During 2007 China took the blueprints for the F-35 fighter jet, the most expensive weapons program ever created, and much more than that. Subsequently the fighter jet in question was re built for literally nothing and displayed for all to see.

The People’s Republic has, and continues to recreate what are the hallmarks of US military might and for their own offensive purposes, thus for old stock bargain room price – China is now in a strategic position of strength where even the most advanced weaponry in the world will not be able to stand against their mega-advanced defensive capabilities.

“If they got into the combat systems, it enables them to understand it to be able to jam it or otherwise disable it,” – director of the Straus Military Reform Project at the Project on Government Oversight. “If they’ve got into the basic algorithms for the missile and how they behave, somebody better get out a clean piece of paper and start to design all over again.”

Mandiant, reported this year 2015 that China has enlisted an elite squadron of cyber warrior to attack American computer systems and conduct espionage on behalf of the People’s Liberation Army. But we know this already. The PLA’s Unit 61398 has successfully and completely compromised the networks of more than 150 known of companies across all major industries.

China has adamantly denied any and all accusations that they’ve been waging attacks on US networks.

Hacking attacks are trans-national and completely anonymous. To determine their origins is extremely difficult, if not impossible. We don’t know how the evidence in these so-called reports can be tenable.” – China Foreign Ministry.

Hackers from China have renewed their assault on US targets three months after an investigation linked the People’s Liberation Army to a series of cyber attacks directed at American entities. – US government

According to the New York Times, computer security experts and US officials alike – the PLA’s highly sophisticated and pioneering in the field cyber squadron is attempting to hack American businesses 24/7.

“During 2012, almost all computer systems around the world, including those owned by the US government, continued to be a target for intrusions, certain of which appear to be attributable directly to the Chinese government and military.” – Pentagon.

“They dialed it back for a little while, though other groups that also wear uniforms didn’t even bother to do that. I think you have to view this as the new normal.” Mandiant.

Unit 61398 now decentralized considerably, is operating at around 80 percent of what their campaigns resembled before being exposed in a recent New York Times article.

“This is something we are going to have to come back at time and again with the Chinese leadership,” – US govt, “have to be convinced there is a real cost to this kind of activity.”

Such as?

“The hackers now use the same malicious software they used to break into the same organizations in the past, only with minor modifications to the code

“They have gradually begun attacking the same victims from new servers and have reinserted many of the tools that enable them to seek out data without detection.”

The Chinese govt. have largely refused to accept the claims that such a highly clandestine PLA group is orchestrating the most serious and comprehensive cyber attacks ever waged at American entities.
Premier Li Keqiang, “Such weak, groundless and impractical accusations, these. Is not hacking a worldwide problem and in fact China is a main victim of such terrible activities. China does not support such goings-on. We are opposed to what you calling ‘hacking attacks or whatever they are’.”

A reporter recently asked Li, “Will China cease cyber – hacking the US since it has now become an issue of their national security?”

In your question I sense the audacious and impetuous presumption of guilt,” the premier responded.
Geng Shuang, – spokesperson for the Chinese Embassy at Washington DC, accused the US of “using cyber security as a weak excuse to take inappropriate actions against entrepreneurial Chinese companies and individuals” without providing “any proof at all, let alone evidence.

China stands most anxious to engage constructive cooperation with all countries, of course, including the United States of America, with a view to safeguarding peace and security of the cyberspace on the basis of mutual respect,” – Chinese Embassy at Washington DC.

The Chinese – PLA unit has been given the codename “Byzantine Candor,” or BC – moniker for Unit 61398 — formally, the Second Bureau of the People’s Liberation Army’s General Staff Department’s Third Department.
At inception 61398 was an inconspicuous looking white office building on the outskirts of Shanghai that had been provided with special fiber optic communications infrastructure by Chinese telecom providers under the guise of national defense — China maintains the claim that they have not engaged in any illegal hacks from such a place.

“A 10/23 DoD cable stated that Shanghai-based hackers associated with BC activity and linked to the PLA successfully targeted multiple (all) U.S. entities,” the memo continues. “In the US, the majority of the systems BC actors have targeted belong to the U.S. Army, but targets also include other DoD services as well as DoS, Department of Energy, additional USG entities and commercial systems and networks.”

“At sunrise in the People’s Republic of China, tens of thousands of the most highly-trained computer professionals on the planet wake up to a new day and with one shared mission: To pilfer US intellectual property that their own country can then use to very successfully compete against us in the international arena. Much of which is sold back to us.”

The US loses around $400 billion in trade secrets annually because of foreign cyber attacks.

The People’s Liberation Army of China : Military build up. During the past some years ‘the situation‘ has been changing very radically. The US has had to moderate the appetite defense – from 2010 to 2015 the Pentagon’s budget shifted from 755 to 502 billion dollars. During the same period, The People’s Liberation Army of China increased its military spending from 78 to 150 billion, while taking into account the hidden cost items and the factor of purchasing power parity, up to 320 billion. The effectiveness of these expenditures on the development of its own technology, import substitution and their own industrial competence in the economy is unequivocally the highest in the world. The industrial production index in industry segments MIC in 2014 for example, reached an unprecedented magnitude – 125.2% …..

On 0/02/2015, Beijing hosted a meeting of foreign ministers of Russia, India and China. The agenda included issues related to the conflict in Ukraine, promotion of negotiations on the Iranian nuclear program, as well as the situation in the Middle East, especially in Syria and Iraq. For Russia, this meeting was important. Back in the late 1990s, Yevgeny Primakov proposed the idea to unite Moscow, Beijing and New Delhi in the world center of power, an alternative to the West. A bold political vision. However, under the current conditions of acute conflict with the West, this idea once again began to soar in the air corridors influential circles in Moscow. For an objective assessment of the alliance “Russia – India – China” one needs the answers to two fundamental questions. 1. Is there a “pro-Russian” course in the Indian leadership? 2. How serious are contradictions between Beijing and New Delhi? The triangle was equilateral, relations between Russia and India should be as partner, as well as with China. Unfortunately, this is not so. The inertia of thinking plays as ambiguity with the experts. The principle of “Hindi Rusi bhai bhai” referred to the Soviet period, but somehow automatically transferred to the present day. “The golden era” in relations between Moscow and Delhi is gone for quite objective reasons. Chief among them – the meteoric rise of India for the last quarter century…

Officials of the People’s Liberation Army of China have expressed concern regarding the uncertainty of the economic situation within the country and of that abroad. Fears are not unfounded: during the last quarter of 2014 the capital account deficit (outflows) in China rose to 91.5 billion compared to $ 9 billion during the previous quarter. The Chinese cannot predict what will be the situation in the future. During the year 2015, the cross-border capital flows into China will be faced with a lot of uncertainty and instability. It is also possible that during the whole year the country will be observed as the inflow and outflow of foreign funds. Oscillations will occur in both directions – the State administration. Such an oscillation, Chinese officials have concluded, is potentially dangerous for the Chinese economy, as capital outflows can dramatically tighten the situation in terms of liquidity. This will put pressure on slowing the growth rate of the economy, as well as the Bank of China will push for further easing of monetary policy. Therefore to “adapt activities to the new conditions, to continue reforms and while taking appropriate measures to protect against possible risks.” Foreign direct investment in China rose last year by 1.9% compared with 5.2% a year earlier. Yet the situation holds optimism. During 01/2015, China attracted 14.01 billion dollars in foreign direct investment, which is 29.6% higher than last year…..
