First; Tranquility for the eyes :
1. The rotation of the fists extended to the sides of the hands, standing, activates the muscles associated with the eyes and, relaxing the arms, shoulders and neck, improves cerebral circulation.
2. Squeeze one eye with the maximum possible effort, blink the other eye. Repeat several times. Improves blood circulation, stimulates the lacrimal glands and calms down the eyes.
3. On exhalation compress the index finger and the big finger in the nose bridge in its narrowest place. At the inspiration weaken the pressure. Repeat several times. This method is good for relieving fatigue from the eyes.
4. If the eyes ache from overload, then massage the small pads of the big toes.
5. Being in nature, try as long as possible to look at distant objects.
6. To strengthen the eye muscles, it is recommended to look up, down, to the sides, “draw” different shapes (in the air, on the wall).
7. Especially sharp shifts in the light sensitivity of the eye are observed with a more or less prolonged presentation of luminous objects and darkness. Enlargement of the pupils occurs with the imagination of a small object. These exercises train the tone of the eye muscles. However, when glaucoma should be avoided as much as possible alternating representations of light and darkness.
8. Good relieves fatigue if the thumbs are placed vertically from the sides of the lower jaw (under the ears) and on exhalation press the jaw forward upwards at 45 °. Repeat several times.
9. Massage for the eyes: simultaneously massage the two eyeballs with the tips of the index and middle fingers – up to a hundred circular movements. It supports the blood vessels of the eyes.
10. With eyes closed, perform eyeball rotations in one, and then in the other direction. Blink and open your eyes sharply. Repeat several times.
11. Put your hand over your eyes. Circular movement of the palm to massage the eye around the eye. Then rub the other eye with the other hand.
12. Two times quickly blink, then strongly shut your eyes (repeat 10-15 times).
13. Warm and straight palms ‘iron’ the eyes from the bottom up (5 times), then lightly press them on the palms (2 times). Repeat 5 times. At the same time, the pulse decreases by 10-20 strokes.
14. ‘Draw’ with eyes in the air a large rectangle. Blink several times. Draw a rectangle in the opposite direction. Blink. Repeat 5-7 times.
15. On the window glass, at eye level, fix the black circle. Look at the circle, then look at the glass, into the distance. Repeat several times. During the day, make several series.
16. To relieve the tension of the eyes, it is useful to blink quickly, and then cover your eyes with your hands (put the middle of your palm on the eye, and your fingers on the forehead). Before you cover your eyes with your hands, you need to warm your palms intensively, and then put them on closed eyes for several minutes. Breathe according to the scheme: a quick breath through the nose – holding the breath – a slow exhalation through the mouth. This breathing dilates the blood vessels and increases the blood flow in the brain.
17. When you come home from the street, it is recommended to wash your eyes with boiled water; this will avoid the negative impact on them of dirt, dust, exhaust gases and other environmentally unfavourable factors.
18. Periodically every two weeks, you need to make eye baths from freshly brewed tea (preferably green). Pour in 2 glasses of warm, slightly boiled tea. Apply an open eye to the surface of the liquid so that the eyeball dips into it, and several times blink. Then ‘redeem’ the second eye.
19. Concentrate your vision on the tip of the pencil. Move the pencil forward on the outstretched hand, then move the pencil back, at a distance of 15-20 cm from the eyes. Repeat this exercise 10-15 times, 5 approaches throughout the day. A little pain will mean that the muscles that change the shape of the lens are activated and strengthened.
20. Gently pinch and pat your eyebrows from the bridge of your nose to your temples. With the help of the index fingers, rub the internal and then the outer corners, the corners of the two eyes simultaneously, clockwise and counterclockwise. Then, with the same fingers, pat the upper and lower eyelids from the bridge of the nose to the temples, without moving the skin around the eyes.
21. Defocus your eyesight, relax your face muscles and look into the distance. On exhalation look at the tip of the nose and hold your eyes for a few seconds. Then abruptly relax. Repeat 2-3 times.
22. Lying on your back, put your right right hand to the side. The palms of your hands are clenched, fists, thumbs inside. Take a breath. On exhalation, rotate the fist inward and outward, pulling the right hand even further to one side, then relax. Repeat this movement, gradually lifting your arm up along the body. Change your hand and repeat the exercise.
23. People’s prescription for improving vision.
– 1st day. Pour into a basin of cold water, bend down and lower your face for 10-15 seconds into the water and open your eyes. Repeat after 30 seconds. Repeat 10 times.
– The 2nd day. Alternate water at room temperature with a cold one. In a basin with room water, pour a glass of chilled dill of fennel (brew as tea and let it brew). But always finish the procedure cold.

Second; Twenty-four rules for street fighting
Every person should be able to fight. This banal truth pushes us into the sections and gyms. Even if we just shake the muscles, we subconsciously hope that if we are not technically, then at least stronger or faster than the probable enemy. But brute force is not sufficient. Here are some basic principles of the ‘battle’.
1. Act only offensively.
2. Focus on the attack using all the forces and attention- attack swiftly.
3. Move only in the ‘battlespace’, attack and beat the enemy in open positions, without closing in a deaf position, and do not clinch.
4. Attack suddenly and try to deceive the enemy with respect to the plan and place of attack.
5. Distract the enemy to separate defences and beat them in these moments of distraction.
6. Do not attack the closed positions, withdraw and quickly attack.
7. Attack so that the enemy is losing balance and stability.
8. Never scare or tease the enemy in vain, so as not to break away from the main task – to win.
9. Do not show in vain, but prepare for a real attack.
10. Demonstration should be one with a real attack and make one operation with it.
11. Each operation has only the necessary demonstration; remember that only when demonstrating, you cannot win.
12. Do not take any special protections and closures, defend yourself with a maneuver; The legs are the best defenders.
13. Call the enemy on this or that action, if only you can turn it in your favour.
14. All actions must be sudden, surprise – the keystone to the success of the attack.
15. During an attack, be able to quickly concentrate all your forces on the point of attack.
16. Do not leave the business started unfinished; calculate the strength and, having decided, bring the action to an end.
17. The eye-sight, speed and pressure – three bases of tactics:
a) The eye measure. If you cannot evaluate everything by eye, then no weight measures and accurate information will help you. Learn to evaluate everything on-the-eye without error, ranging from space to the strong-willed efforts of the enemy. It is important not only to determine the on-the-eye forces of the enemy, but to be able to see at a glance and assess the situation. Learn to act on the basis of the eye.
b) Speed begins with accuracy and ends with the amicable action of all forces. The strength is estimated not only by the definition of mass, but also by the determination of the mass’s ability to move quickly. Speed increases strength.
c) Onslaught – once the movement started, it should not be stopped by any obstacles, let alone retreat and reverse movement. Do not stop, do not reverse, but only a continuous aspiration – that’s what the onslaught means. Only that fighter achieves victory, whose energy cannot break down about any obstacles opposed by the enemy. What is the will to victory, such is the onslaught: if the will from you is only one strike, then you cannot resist the pressure stronger than one stroke.
18. Remember that someone who attacks and attacks sooner is a more skillful fighter: learn to start a fight earlier than your opponent.
19. When you went out to fight, you do not need to do unnecessary movements: there should be no more movements than the planned operation requires. Excessive movements and jumps show only that the fighter does not know what to do.
20. When you are preparing for an attack, remember that it can give you many surprises, be ready for them, calculate:
a) what protection will be,
b) what will be the answer,
c) where to send the main forces, i.e., the second blow from the reserve,
d) which then take the direction to continue the attack.
21. Keep your head in battle exactly, slightly lowered, look directly into the eyes of danger, do not bend and close your eyes – that is a sign of uncertainty in the forces.
22. If you want to unravel the enemy’s plan – look into his eyes, if you want to hide a plan from him/her – do not look him/her in the eye.
23. All attention should be focused on one’s own forces and actions, and the adversary is only the watchmen; be careful to do the opposite, the cowardly thinks more about the actions of the enemy than about his/her own.
24. Learn to focus on the fight so as not to see or hear anything from the outside: someone who does not know how to do it will be lost and will not know how to act – whether to pose for the enemy, or for the audience, or do some reception – everything from him/her will be messed up, and the battle will end in defeat.
