The Defining Aspect of Global Dominion <\/span><\/p>\n

All empires of the past began in an irreconcilable decline. Incessant foreign warfare (often feudal) swells a country\u2019s deficits and sees a country\u2019s infrastructure neglected and underfunded. The present time is no different in this respect. No military in the world has unassailable position compared to competitors, no sustained local or distant military superiority.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Empire Unsustainable? <\/span><\/p>\n

One can think of geopolitics as being; the merging of all the forces of geography, economy and human society into geographical blocks that enable the understanding of geopolitical power. <\/span><\/p>\n

Herein, this is to replicate the success of past Empire, the British Empire \u2013 the most powerful in the history of the world, and learn from its transformation into the design of current and future strategy. In so doing what is said here can accompany the Case Study : The Future State Project. In other words, what was the case then, still is the case, why it is so and what it is achieving. The Case Study demonstrates how it is so.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

If one looks at what is now fundamental to geopolitical power in the present time ; the application and practice of geopolitics is very difficult. The rebuilding of structure abroad creates a quagmire at home and growing nativist reaction to it. Bases abroad become symbolic trans-national relations and continue in decline. In other words, there are unforeseen and unmanageable consequences of Empire. One cannot ignore the human, if one cares to contrast conceptual prowess with subsequent practical failure. If we re-engaged in the past strategies per-se, we would as a consequence, be subjecting our citizens to a feudal system. We discuss what it means to massively invest in own infrastructure elsewhere in the New Mind War.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

One can think of Empire as a brilliant manipulation of abstractions \u2013 the moving of pieces about a chess board. The geopolitical genius adept at so doing runs into the economic and human equation. Those elaborate trade pacts, international opposition, rise of populism, sectors of societies at home holding poor working class becoming poorer, and which cannot be allowed to be the case. Nor can we resort to the irrational, to some kind of hard power military master stroke, so to reverse the decline of power. Such a move would, in lieu of WMD, be pointless and indicative of insanity.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

The hard power has to be matched by soft power (by fourth-generation asymmetric warfare), so to facilitate overarching global power. <\/span><\/p>\n

The British Empire was the epitome of soft power and because there was literally everything to offer the world, the standard was set by our example, by us. <\/span><\/p>\n

Thus, soft power is the defining aspect of our global dominion.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This is the true substance of the Mind War <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

There is nothing in the world to compare with what we achieved, and, as realised and as facilitated, is emerging\u00a0 again in a new form to accompany the future. We have the requisite (and to others envy provoking) social system\u00a0 (education, health and welfare) to support this purpose. Therefore it is our duty to present the true architects of our endeavour.\u00a0 It is not a historical archive, but a symbol of a purpose that began with certain people and through changing times, and as stated, still manifests within our collective character, in a determination to be as their example.\u00a0 We have to say who they are. <\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, during this present time, it is that there are powerful and antagonistic forces waging against what we say, nation states and parts thereof; actors both internal and external, who are maniacal, dangerous and destructive.\u00a0 To some and in completely erroneous fashion, these forces assume significance and in whatever way are seen to potentially override all that was achieved and will be achieved, to redefine us contrary-wise.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Mind War therefore and in this part of its presentation, is a confirming of our collective consciousness, latent within many and very much alive in us.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Our archives specialist in this section is (C-IV) and who has a very special relationship with British military history and (C-I) who is a psychologist, whose own character pervades.\u00a0 Both are deeply embroiled in developing the Mind War and ways to apply our historical significance within both the contemporary application of asymmetric, fourth-generation warfare, and to blend it in what we envisage as our future global reality.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

An issue we discussed and which precedes possible responses is; how many in the current time, besides being susceptible to what we can do without, view the present as containing all that can be important; are adhered to the technological supports which abound, the values associated with a world-view based upon them, that what is gone is felt to have no significance at all, if even known of, is anachronistic at best? <\/span><\/p>\n

Well, it is the case and has to be acknowledged, that much is held within the application of emerging technologies. These applications are very quickly developing and have an important place within not just our defence capability but in the mastery of concepts too complex for the human mind to deal.\u00a0 One has only got to look at how our time is structured, our ingenuity fostered and applied by technology. An important fact to blend with these future concepts; is that both the source and application of our ingenuity is carried by a very specific quality of uniqueness and self-worth.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Another way of looking at it is; while building an Empire, these men and women who via their incredible tenacity\u00a0 quite literally shaped destiny, they also fought hand to hand and to the death.\u00a0 It is worth thinking about while we engage for example, such developments as synthetic aperture radar and while we use mapping software. While shopping at the Trafford Centre, and \/ or while using the international sports arena.<\/span><\/p>\n

Certain people to whom this is also directed will be affected somewhere in the threat paradigm because they will see it that way, as non-relatable, in fact as an unbeatable type of propaganda, precisely to what extent is open to speculation. This, in relation not only to the corporate raiders and re-definers of culture but to the radicalised jihadist and the demoniacal information attacks increasingly being leveled against us and from all quarters of the world.
